Acceptance of Terms

Game Rules & Fairness

Tether21 offers a digital blackjack game ("Tether21 Blackjack") where players bet using supported cryptocurrencies (USDT-TRC20, XMR, ZEC).

• Gameplay: Standard blackjack rules apply (dealer stands on 17, blackjack pays 3:2, etc.)
• Provably Fair: All game outcomes are verifiable using our provably fair system
• House Edge: The house edge is disclosed in the game interface
• Prohibited Strategies: Card counting, collusion, or automated betting (bots) are strictly forbidden

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency. By using the Site, you agree to the following:

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Termination

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST FUNDS DUE TO USER ERROR, NETWORK ISSUES, OR HACKING ATTEMPTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETHER21 AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA
• ANY LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY FUNDS
• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED IN THE PAST 30 DAYS.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao (or other applicable offshore gaming jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Curacao. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
